We are locally owned since 2011. We are not big box with inflated pricing. Our customer service is our top priority and we do not use pushy sales tactics. Our Google reviews and repeat clients speak for themselves.
Do you provide free estimates? if so, how long is the pricing good for?
We gladly provide free in-home design consultations and free estimates – all good for 30 days.
Do you offer financing or discounts?
Yes, we have a number of great financing plans that we can review at the time of your free estimate. We also offer senior, veteran, and other discounts.
Why does it take two days to finish a project?
The scope of our work involves remodeling the bathroom by removing and replacing bathtubs and showers. We choose to complete the project in two days because we do not rush any project, as we want to complete it correctly and with the highest level of quality possible.
Why do you work with the vendors you choose to work with?
We align our mission and build relationships with vendors who provide quality products at fair pricing, with long standing reputations in the industry. The products we install reflect our commitment to providing quality services.
Do you install materials a homeowner has purchased?
We do not install bathtubs/showers that a homeowner has purchased, as we are a sales/installation company. Our materials are all warrantied from our vendors and we cannot guarantee homeowner purchased materials.
What type of warranty do you provide?
Material is covered by a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty. We offer a 2 year warranty with all work performed by our installation team.
Fiberglass verses Acrylic- what are the differences?
Fiberglass:
- Limited color selections
- Scratches are permanent
- Not customizable

Acrylic:

- Scratches can be polished out

Why acrylic over tile?
Acrylic: Very easy to maintain, affordable, water- proof, lasts the lifetime of home.
Tile: More expensive, grout is porous, and water will leak through. Constant cleaning needed to prevent mildew.
Are you licensed/insured?
Absolutely! Our owner is a licensed contractor, and we are insured with $1 million in insurance.
Can you help with a complete bathroom remodel?
Certainly. Depending on the scope of work, we can provide an estimate for additional work like bathroom flooring, installing a vanity or other projects. Call us to schedule your estimate and we will see how we can help.
